Our Story

Miramar Global Group exists to help organisations solve the leadership gap ensuring they have the right leaders, capability, and mindset to perform at their best.

Our story began in 2009 when Miramar Executive Search was launched to partner with global companies in appointing exceptional leadership talent. From industrial transformation to AI-driven change, we’ve always operated where complexity meets innovation, delivering measurable impact through leaders who drive growth, operational excellence, and strong cultural alignment.

But as our work deepened, one truth became clear: organisations weren’t only struggling to find the right leaders, they were also struggling to develop and sustain them. That insight led to the creation of Deepsky, our leadership consulting arm focused on strengthening capability from the inside out. And for ambitious leaders who want to grow on their own terms, we built RISE, a high-performance development platform supporting personal growth at every stage of the leadership journey.

Today, Miramar Executive Search, Deepsky, and RISE work together as a fully integrated leadership ecosystem helping organisations acquire, develop, and inspire the leaders who will define their future.
