I love that RISE gives me access to proven high-performance strategies and a space to workshop them in live coaching sessions with others who are just as driven.

The platform really stands out: its dashboard is clean and intuitive, the Knowledge Hub is packed with relevant tools and frameworks, and the “Leaders Network” feature adds a community element that feels rare in digital learning.  I also Just completed the “Unlocking the Power of Self-Talk” session on the RISE platform — and it was genuinely impactful. The session gave me clear, actionable strategies to understand and reshape my inner dialogue, which I’m already putting into practice.

I think whether you are doing some or none of the aspects discussed in the session or from the frameworks in the knowledge hub it really gives you food for thought. Understanding when and more importantly why you are doing it is really the key. Really good session and lots to think about moving forward.

The Self-Talk live session was outstanding. I especially enjoyed the exercise about interrupting negative thought patterns by activating both sides of the brain and passing the pen from hand to hand — it was simple yet incredibly effective. It helped me move past negative thoughts and redirect my focus entirely. The session was engaging, thought-provoking, and a great reminder of how powerful positive self-talk can be when applied intentionally.

The RISE platform is excellent, it’s really user-friendly and has a great professional look and feel. I’ve found the frameworks and advice in the Knowledge Hub particularly useful. It’s fast, actionable, and I’m already seeing these daily actions turn into lasting habits.

Within the knowledge hub I love the fact that I can choose different combinations of topics based on the knowledge I require at a specific time. The live session on Self-talk was great! The session gave me the insight to realise that controlling my inner voice allows me to choose my story, it can either lift me up or limit me, I should choose the narrative that helps me rise.

I thought the session with Chris was a great reinforcement of lessons learned in previous sessions with him. I came away with genuine action points - to try and raise awareness of my self-talk and how I could challenge the moments of negativity. It is foundational stuff and so leaves me eager to find out more. Also, it is a subject area that rarely gets any time of day, and so I found it invaluable to spend some time looking inwards and reflecting.

Leadership can be lonely, but with RISE you have the platform built to coach you through the highs and lows of your career. Intuitive to navigate, experts at your fingertips and excellent quality content to continuously learn. Would recommend.
